If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 20 days from the date of delivery. Please note that returned items will only be eligible for exchange; refunds will not be issued. Additionally, original shipping costs paid by the customer will not be reimbursed.

Please be aware that any items returned beyond the 20-day return window will incur a 30% restocking fee.

For size exchanges, kindly indicate the desired size on the packing slip enclosed with your package. Once we receive the package, the exchange process will commence.

Returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all original tags attached and accompanied by all relevant paperwork provided by Bellas Boutique. All returns are subject to inspection prior to exchange processing. If the returned items pass inspection, exchanges will be processed within 7 to 14 days of receipt.

If items are damaged, missing hangtags, or returned beyond the specified return period, they will be sent back to the customer. Additionally, final sale or clearance items will not be eligible for exchange.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and adding sufficient insurance to cover the item(s) being returned, as Bellas Boutique Go is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
